We tried to make this as Authentic as possible! not your typical premade curry roux with water that you make at home! Ingredients: Un-sweeten Cocoa Powder, Tumeric, coriander, fenugreek, cumin, orange peel, pepper, chili pepper, cinnamon, fennel, ginger, star anise, thyme, bay leaves, cloves, nutmeg, sage, cardamom, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and honey.

This dessert is Vegan. Khao tom mud is a dessert/sweet snack made from sticky rice, coconut milk and taro. This is a really great snack to take on trips with you! You can fridge them for up to 3days and pop them in the microwave, with the leaves closed, for about 30seconds on each side. (Please don't eat the banana leaves? hmmm they are edible though...according to google...)
